具廚房工作經驗者佳，擔任主廚師的助手。處理烹飪前與烹飪中之準備工作與其他餐廳相關事務。
負責擺盤洗、剝、削、切各種食材。
工作環境、餐具清理；定期盤點進貨庫存及確保冷凍庫清潔與保養設備。
準備不同餐單所需要的食材．協助測量食材的容量與重量。
協助廚房主廚設計所負責各自類別的菜單及主廚及主管交代事項
