1. 專案接收與需求確認。
2. 專案設備設計與圖面製作。
3. 委外加工管理。
4. 新設備組裝、包裝、出貨。
5. 設備驗證與品質確認。
6. DFM討論、功能測試及設備品質檢討。
7. 新設備與標準化設備研發。
8. 製作BOM表。
