1.執行原物料、半成品及成品之日常品質檢驗與抽樣
2.負責化驗室基礎檢驗儀器之日常操作、清潔與維護保養。
3.詳實紀錄檢驗數據，並協助彙整 ISO 22000 / HACCP 等品管稽核表單與文件管理。
4.主管交辦之其他品質相關行政庶務。
