1. 商場作業管理
2.人流動線管理
3.餐飲環境衛生安全巡檢
4. 協調餐飲品質管理之目標和活動，食品/食材登錄、食品驗收、SGS檢驗與稽查等
5.審核美食街櫃位銷售品項，上架與核對POS資料
6.其他主管交辦事項
