1. 建構及優化人才招募與選用流程，盤點人力需求。
2. 優化各項表單及流程，定期分析管理報表。
3. 不定期員工關懷與溝通，適時提供補助及福利。
4. 熟悉勞基法等相關法令，提供管理層執行建議。
5. 其它主管交辦事項及各項專案規劃與執行。
6.有招募外勞經驗者佳。
7.具英文能力溝通能力。
