內場工作職務
1. 烤膜清洗與整理、西點成品包裝、配發。
2. 備料與協助蛋糕製作(前置蛋糕混合或攪拌成糰(糊)等工作)
3. 其他廚房事務支援(例如: 包裝、脫膜、封箱等現場工作)
4. 餐盒/禮盒包裝、裝箱。
