【About the Role】
We are seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer. This role specializes in diagnostic program development for Probe Cards (P/C) and Load Boards (L/B, DIB) on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms. Upon onboarding, we offer a comprehensive 1-3 month training program covering test flows and tester specifications. This role requires demonstrated deep problem-solving skills in both technical development and cross-functional communication to ensure the stability and high-quality delivery of testing projects.

【Responsibilities】
1. Diagnostic Development & Debugging
• Develop, maintain, and optimize diagnostic and verification programs for Probe Cards (P/C) and Device Interface Boards (DIB).
• Possess basic programming skills (such as C/C++, VB/VBA, Python, etc.) to write and modify automated diagnostic logic based on test requirements.
2. Platform Optimization & Technical Support
• Troubleshoot and analyze test programs on ATE platforms (such as Teradyne UltraFLEX/UltraFLEXplus, Advantest

1. Education & Experience: Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, or related STEM fields. Candidates with 2+ years of ATE platform programming experience are preferred.
2. Core Technical Skills: Solid foundation in circuit theory and semiconductor principles. Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and PCB layouts for Probe Cards (P/C) and DIBs.
3. Programming Skills: Experience in Visual Basic, Java, or C/C++ development (experience with Excel VBA is highly preferred).
4. Tester Hands-on Experience: Familiarity with test platforms such as Teradyne (UltraFLEX/J750, Eagle) or Advantest (93K).
5. Hardware Implementation & Production Flow: Hands-on experience with hardware debugging in a test environment (including P/C or L/B maintenance, DIB frame disassembly, and cable repairs), and an understanding of semiconductor testing and production workflows.
6. Language Proficiency: TOEIC score of 500 or above, with excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English
