1. 外場：櫃台點餐、飲料調製、送餐、收銀及客席區清潔維護。
2. 內場：餐點製作、及製餐區清潔維護。
3. 負責商品進貨、銷售及庫存管理。
4. 食材庫存管理，製餐前備料準備。
5. 設備基本保養。
6. 其他交辦事情。
