1.上班前開店、餐點備料準備與製作。
2.下班前維護店內環境整潔、廁所清潔環境整潔及維護。
3.外場:操作pos機點餐/收銀、飲料調製、送餐/收餐、維護客座區的清潔和衛生。
4.內場:餐點製作、維護廚房/設備/餐具的清潔和衛生。
