1.門市餐飲管理、熟悉顧客服務、成本控管、人力安排、考核與管理
2.分析營運狀況，並執行公司政策及提出建議與改善方向
3.叫貨、庫存管理及盤點
4.餐點介紹與人員接待
5.環境、餐具、設備清潔與維護
6.消費者投訴事宜處理
7.其他主管交辦事項
