外場人員:
1.基層的服務工作，各工作站作業開始學習起。
2.負責客人帶位、倒水、點餐等工作
3.顧客服務滿意度提升，學習。
4.工作區域整理&清潔

內場人員:
1.負責洗、剝、削、切各種食材，以完成烹飪的前置作業
2.調理出色香味形器兼備的美味料理
3.物料入庫、整理
4.工作區域整理&清潔
