Job Description

1.設備操作：熟悉 SMT設備（印刷機、JUKI貼片機、回焊爐等）操作、維護與換線作業。
2.製程知識：理解電子組裝工藝、材料特性（焊錫膏、元件）、PCB認識，能分析製程問題與改善。
3.主管交辦事項

  • 職務類別：工程／研發／生技 / SMT工程師

  • 工作地點：新竹市新竹市

  • 工作經驗：1年以上
