－客服人員(Customer Service Coordinator)

1.訂單管理。
2.銷售團隊與營運團隊協調，優化出貨日期和出貨方式，以滿足客戶的日程安排要求。
3.負責RMA流程，跨職能團隊（銷售、品質、營運、財務等）溝通，並滿足任何特殊要求。
4.協調銷售團隊和客戶的諮詢/請求與跨職能團隊（營運、品質、工程、財務等）之間的溝通。
5.排除問題原因解決客戶投訴。
6.與銷售團隊討論並審核客戶訂單和預測，協助營運團隊及時準備合適的產品組合。
7.在Oracle系統中管理客戶檔案。
8.與IT部門合作，改善系統/標準作業流程，並解決系統錯誤。
9.準備相關資料，以便就績效、訂單覆蓋率、交貨週期和預測審查進行討論。
Order management in Oracle and ensure the orders comply with controls including agreed terms and conditions, correct product spec and pricing, allowed ship dates, meets company’s latest policy, and so on. -Support Sales team to improve shipment delivery date and shipment method by coordinating with operation team to fulfill customer's schedule requirement. -Handle RMA process by communicating with cross-functional teams (sales, quality, operation, finance team, etc.) and accommodate any special requirement. -Coordinate sales teams and customer’s inquiries / requests with cross-functional teams (operation, quality, engineering, finance, etc.). -Resolve customer complaint by determining the cause of the problem, finding solutions, and expediting correction or settlement. -Assist operation team to prepare right product mix in time by discussing with sales team and reviewing customer orders and forecasts. -Manage customer profiles in Oracle in accordance with the information in customer relationship management system. -Co-work with IT for system / SOP enhancement and resolving system errors. -Prepare relevant materials to facilitate discussion on performance, order coverage, lead time, and forecast review. -Perform the duties assigned by manager.
