1.辦理保險出險與保險到期案件
2.顧客接待、服務解說、與客戶溝通進廠維修事項
3.服務單據開立、估價、保險公司核價聯繫
4.鈑噴車維修進度追蹤
5.鈑噴零件缺料追蹤及通知
6.出險理賠案件結帳作業
7.保險發票送件及寄送、保險應收帳款追蹤
