Job Description

1.擬定、評估及執行個別服務計畫(ISP)
2.依據個案服務需求，安排並執行個別化及團體活動。
3.協助身心障礙者吃飯、如廁。
4.護理、特教、心理、社工等相關科系或具生活服務員資格者。
