Job Description

1. 提供顧客服務，解答商品資訊及處理客戶諮詢問題。
2. 商品訂購單與收銀結帳業務。
3. 協助顧客兌換活動贈品及生日禮品。
4. 處理客戶提出的緊急或突發狀況。
5. 辦理顧客商品退換貨作業。
6. 門市廣播，含促銷活動推廣及服務事項公告。
7. 辦理並更新會員卡申請等相關資訊。
