Job Description

1. 商品內容維護與管理：維護電商目錄、數據校對、商品安裝說明及商品攝影。
2. 全球物流與庫存控管： 追蹤台灣倉庫至全球 Amazon、eBay 倉儲之貨運進度。
3. 供需預測規劃： 監測平台庫存水位，進行需求預測以防缺貨。
4. 系統進單作業： 負責 ERP 訂單輸入、交期監控及平台庫存補貨調度。
5. 客戶服務支持： 處理日常諮詢、基礎故障排除建議、退貨、交易問題處理。
6. 行銷投放控管： 監控並執行廣告投放預算。
7. 帳務核對：電商平台交易紀錄核對、付款作業及帳務異常排除作業。
8. 其他主管交辦事項。
