Job Description
1. 客戶抱怨處理及8D報告撰寫
2. 客戶稽核資料準備與客戶稽核活動陪同
3. 分析產品品質問題（生產不良率／客訴分析）制定改善對策並追蹤執行
4. 撰寫／修改標準作業程序並協助建立／維護品質文件
5. 新產品技轉相關檢驗文件制訂
6. 須配合出差
