1.食材前處理、大量膳食、普通飲食、治療伙食烹調製備作業。
2.流質及管灌飲食製作。
3.後製特殊餐點、飲食配膳、病房送膳服務。
4.廚房設備、器具、環境清潔維護。
5.國定例假日輪班，早、晚班。
6.其他交辦事項。
