一、每月依廠商規定請款，並開立發票。
二、進貨、帳款沖帳並記錄製作明細表
三、製作請款單請款、核對廠商資料付款審核
四、各項憑證資料登打輸入
五、稅務申報
六、一般文書資料核對建檔
七、可獨立作業
八、完成主管交辦事項
