1. 日間照顧 (白天)： 在日照中心參與生活照顧、健康促進、文康活動、備餐等。
2. 居家服務 (到府)： 照顧服務員到長輩家提供身體照護和生活輔助。
3. 臨時住宿 (夜間喘息)： 提供夜間臨時留宿，由熟悉人員陪伴照顧，解決家屬臨時有事或加班的困境。
4. 交通接送： 提供日照中心與住家間的交通服務。
