Job Description
1. 場勘： 針對預計施作防水工程之區域（如屋頂、外牆、浴室、地下室等）進行現場環境調查與結構評估。
2. 漏水檢測： 使用專業檢測工具（如熱影像儀、水分計）進行漏水點定位。
3. 材料採購
4. 現場施工監督： 全程在場監督施工人員（或外包工班）依工法進行施工。
