Job Description

1. 辦理房客入住及退房服務。
2. 房客資料管理與維護。
3. 處理當班帳務，如：收款、核帳及關帳作業。
4. 接聽、過濾、轉接來電及留言服務。
5. 協助處理並通報顧客回饋內容。
6. 提供旅客旅遊相關資訊。
7. 具有1年以上櫃檯接待員的工作經驗。
