ANA InterContinental Tokyo is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our all-day dining restaurant, Cascade Café. Cascade Café is one of the hotel's signature dining venues, offering a diverse buffet experience featuring breakfast, lunch, sweets, and dinner. Welcoming guests from around the world, the restaurant operates in a fast-paced and vibrant environment every day.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall restaurant operation, including team management, staff development, scheduling, revenue and cost control, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale operation in an international environment, balancing guest satisfaction with business performance while leading a diverse team.
