The Field Marketing Specialist supports Coldwell Banker Realty agents across multiple offices by providing strategic marketing guidance, digital and social media coaching, training, onboarding support, and recruiting assistance. The role partners closely with branch leadership to help agents strengthen their personal brands, improve their online presence, leverage company tools and programs, and grow their businesses while maintaining compliance with real estate marketing regulations and brand standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting workshops, creating marketing and recruiting campaigns, supporting community engagement initiatives, and serving as a trusted regional marketing resource. Ideal candidates have at least two years of marketing or communications experience, strong project management, presentation, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-office environment that requires frequent local travel.
