Facilities Manager

The Facility Manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of facility management services and/or operations. The FM is the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations. They will create an unwavering attitude and commitment to safety and reliability within the client environment as they build an effective team.

The FM will be responsible for the strategy development and strategic sourcing activities within one of ABM’s client partners with spend categories in engineering and maintenance. The FM will drive continual improvements to the operation by creating an expectation of learning and development of their staff.
