KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all brokers, including return rates, transit times, damage rates, and cost per unit. Use data to drive continuous improvement
Escalation Management: Act as the escalation owner for broker-related issues (e.g., delays, lost assets, compliance gaps), coordinating with internal teams (Logistics, Procurement, Operations) and external partners to resolve issues promptly
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase returnable packaging utilization, reduce loss, and improve overall RPM efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Packaging Engineering teams to align on program goals and ensure seamless integration with broader logistics operations

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) — essential for effective communication with suppliers and brokers across North America
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics brokerage, 3PL management, or supply chain operations with direct experience managing third-party partners
