Identify, evaluate, and lead the technical development of world-class suppliers capable of executing soft goods manufacturing, complex textiles assembly, elastomers lamination and over molding
Drive supplier process development for complex softgoods and textile assemblies, focusing on pattern engineering, cutting, stitching/sewing tolerances, and the integration of technical fabrics to ensure durability and precise fit
Lead technical industrialization for textile overmolding and lamination processes, optimizing molding parameters and curing cycles to achieve critical adhesion between substrates and elastomers without compromising material integrity
Communicate project status, risks, and technical recommendations clearly and consistently to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a structured manner
