Unlicensed Clinical Dental Assistant

We are seeking an Unlicensed Clinical Dental Assistant to join our team in Fairmont, MN. This can be a part time opportunity (18-28 hours) with clinic needs on Monday, Tuesday (between 7-5:30) or Friday (7-3:30 PM).

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and prepare patients for clinical procedures.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists as needed during treatments.
• Set up and clean up operatories, ensuring proper disinfection and waste management.
• Clean, package, and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.
• Assist with documentation and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dental office experience preferred, but not required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English are required.
• Spanish speaking preferred at some locations
