Things you’ll do in this role:

• Discuss technical, often scientific, topics with external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with a range of project developers and take ownership of contract negotiations from start to finish.
• Coordinate between Isometric team members across different divisions (Science, Growth, Technology) to identify and address blockers to working with priority developers.

Things we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing and driving high-stakes partnerships and negotiations.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — you cherish taking ownership and thinking strategically.
• Aptitude for quickly diving into complex topics and gaining a strong enough understanding to credibly discuss them with technical audiences, such as scientists.

This role isn’t for you if:

• You want to stay within your area of expertise and you prefer structured environments. We’re a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. We’re building and learning on the fly—and everyone’s a generalist.
