What you’ll do Create content for Henkel's social media channels (@henkeltalent on Instagram; @henkel on TikTok) to showcase our culture, people, and career opportunities Conduct research on competitors and industry best practices to identify trends in early-career marketing and translate insights into strategic recommendations for talent attraction Assist with university recruitment planning for Fall 2027, including campus strategy, event support, and other employer branding projects Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources teams on projects that elevate Henkel's brand and employee-centric experiences
