Production Supervisor - New Johnsonville, TN

SUMMARY Supervises and directs the daily production operations by performing the following duties.

• Supervises the staff, equipment and products of the department teams insuring safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Plans and controls the daily operations including scheduling and timely preparation and distribution of the product.
• Ensures that all products produced meet or exceed requirements of all applicable procedures and standards.
• Track and control plant expenses to ensure monthly and annual goals are achieved.
• Insures that all operations activities are in compliance with or exceed all applicable Federal, State, safety and health, OSHA, DOT, and FDA regulations and requirements.
• Develops a team culture consistent with the Matheson strategy of Safety, Quality/Customer Service, and Profitable Growth.
