Controls Engineer - 2nd Shift

In this role you will support industrial automation systems, including Programmable Logic Controller (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), robotics, and servo controls Troubleshoot controls and electrical issues to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime Assist with commissioning, validation, and startup of new or upgraded manufacturing equipment Support automation projects, controls upgrades, and equipment integration initiatives Analyze production performance and downtime data to identify process improvement opportunities Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production challenges Maintain control system documentation, programming updates, and standard operating procedures Learn and apply Lean Production principles such as waste reduction, standardized work, and continuous improvement
