Design, code, and debug core UI interfaces and frameworks, balancing hands-on technical contributions with leadership responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Hardware Engineers, Software Engineers, QA, and Designers) to deliver polished, high-quality features
Establish and enforce best practices for multithreaded, high-performance code and intuitive user interfaces
Partner with product and design stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and delivery plans
Requirements:
Proven experience leading or managing a small engineering team (or equivalent technical leadership roles) with a track record of delivering customer-facing software
Strong proficiency in C++ and deep understanding of fundamental Computer Science concepts
Experience writing and shipping high-quality, production customer-facing code
Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver state-of-the-art user interfaces or acclaimed consumer applications
Experience with multithreaded applications and high-performance web development frameworks (e.g., Svelte, ReactJS)
Excellent software engineering practices with high standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to mentor engineers and influence cross-functional stakeholders
