Handle escalated global customer cases to minimize system downtime and enhance customer satisfaction; communicate root cause and resolution clearly to commercial and utility customers
Collaborate with field service and technical support teams to create documentation and training for commissioning, operating, repairing, and servicing Tesla's Industrial Storage products worldwide
Develop test plans and lead testing or investigation activities to diagnose issues at operating sites, with occasional lab work as needed

Degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a equivalent experience
2+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following: product engineering, systems engineering, reliability engineering, commissioning, maintenance, or performance testing of power generation or energy storage facilities

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across multiple teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical documents and diagrams
