Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Administer prescribed medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while accurately documenting medication administration.

Provide compassionate personal care and support with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication assistance Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or medical conditions, including documenting vital signs and services provided Promote client independence, dignity, and quality of life through companionship, social engagement, and individualized care support Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by following infection control, safety procedures, and completing light housekeeping duties Collaborate with the care team by assisting co-workers, completing delegated nursing or therapy tasks, attending required trainings, and following agency policies and care plans What You'll Need:
