Groundskeeper

Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay. We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 336-unit apartment community in northwest Houston! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.

Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to work independently and as a team member Valid Texas driver's license preferred Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Responsibilities

Walking the property grounds and common areas Picking up trash and debris Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager We offer a competitive salary, good benefits, and an energetic environment.

• Monday – Friday Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
