業務内容

  • スタッフの日々の管理業務、業務担当の割り当て等
  • ゲストからの要望に対して、最高のサービスを届けるために、即座に対応する
  • ゲストの不満やリクエストに対して、有効なサービスリカバリーを行い、顧客満足に努める
  • メニュー、イベント等の立案
  • 実行の補助
  • コストコントロール、P＆Lレポート作成補助
  • 予算作成、実績管理
  • 分析
  • スタッフ育成のためのトレーニング内容の策定
  • 実行
  • 労務管理

募集条件

  • 料飲部門で５年以上の実務経験のある方
  • １０名以上のマネジメント経験３年以上
  • 日本語
  • 英語で流暢な接客
  • コンプレイン対応ができる方
