The role requires physical activity, such as standing or walking for long periods and lifting up to 10 lbs (25 lbs with assistance).

Guest Relations

Scheduling & Check-In

Manage spa reservations, confirm appointments, check in guests, update schedules, and explain spa facilities. Communication: Answer phones politely, use professional language, and communicate discreetly.

Working with Others

Support coworkers and maintain positive teamwork.

Quality Assurance

Clean and organize work areas and complete checklists.
