We are currently seeking an BVLGARI Ginza Cafe - Manager (or Assistant Manager) to support the overall operation of our food and beverage outlets, drive business performance, and foster a culture of service excellence. Shift-based schedule (8 working hours per day with 60-minute break) Days Off: 8-10 days per month, 115 annual holidays Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Contract Period: Indefinite Probation Period: 3 months (no change in employment conditions) Salary Range:

JPY 350,000 - 600,000 per month, determined based on experience, skills, and current compensation Benefits:

Comprehensive social insurance coverage Transportation allowance (subject to company policy) Meal allowance Uniform provided Defined contribution pension plan Group life insurance Marriott International Associate Discounts LVMH Group Employee Benefits Key Responsibilities Support and oversee the daily operations of the outlet Drive revenue, profitability, and cost control initiatives to achieve financial targets Implement strategies to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate team members Manage scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels Handle VIP guest interactions and service recovery situations Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost management processes Maintain and enhance hygiene, safety, and brand standards Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve operational effectiveness Prepare operational reports and performance analyses Implement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, or related sectors Minimum 2 years of management experience within a food and beverage operation Proven experience in sales, cost, and operational management Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent guest service mindset and customer-oriented approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Native-level or fluent Japanese language proficiency is required Valid authorization to work in Japan Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications
