We are looking for service staff for the Japanese restaurant “Unkai” on the 3rd floor of the ANA Intercontinental Hotel Tokyo, which overlooks a beautiful Japanese garden. The restaurant exudes a traditional Japanese atmosphere, free from the hustle and bustle of the city. The quiet interior faces a sophisticated Japanese garden, and from the tatami-mat seating area, you can enjoy the changing beauty of nature throughout the seasons. From traditional kaiseki cuisine to seasonal dishes that reflect the heart of Japanese hospitality in every detail—from the tableware, ingredients, presentation, and flavor—we welcome you with the spirit of Japanese hospitality.
