Role Summary Lead NPI factory readiness and manufacturing process improvement across supplier factories in Asia. Work with cross-functional Oracle teams and supplier manufacturing teams to consolidate operational data, identify performance gaps and best practices, determine root causes, and drive measurable improvements in quality, yield, cycle time, delivery, and factory execution.
