Maintenance Technician - Weekend Nights

Position Summary

Work 36 Hours. Get Paid for 40. Enjoy 4 Days Off Every Week. We are seeking experienced multi-craft Maintenance Technicians, Electricians, and Machinists to join our Weekend Night Shift team.

In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and automated production equipment to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Saturday, Sunday Monday Hours: 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM ✅ Work 36 hours per week ✅ Paid as if you worked 40 hours ✅ Four days off every week How You’ll Impact Results:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including motors, motor controls, sensors, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to support equipment installation and repair.
• Perform equipment setups, changeovers, adjustments, and repairs to support production operations.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records within the CMMS.
• Follow all safety, food safety, GMP, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
