Billing Consultant

A Senior Billing Representative is a key player in the service Wellfleet provides to customers and brokers. This role is responsible for defined billing and commission processes that support voluntary workplace benefits products. This role would assist in the design of workflows, assist in training future billing representatives, ensure accurate and timely billing transactions and commission payments, and coordinate with the sales and account management team to resolve broker and customer related issues.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the workplace benefits products as they relate to billing and broker compensation procedures and related financial reporting.
