Join Kohler’s award-winning team, where you’ll collaborate across disciplines and grow through mentorship from industry-leading designers. As a Lifestyle Design CoOp, you’ll help develop trend-forward, insight-driven concepts that reflect emerging consumer patterns and the evolving relationship between interior spaces and product design and contribute to early research, visual storytelling, and concept exploration that could inform design direction at a global scale.

What You’ll Do Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on trend research, data interpretation, mood boards, and 2D and 3D concept development for lifestyle, interiors, product, and CMF-driven projects. Support presentation development by creating visual assets, refining digital boards, coordinating samples, and helping bring ideas to life through clear, compelling storytelling. Participate in brainstorming sessions, research activities, and design reviews, contributing fresh thinking, strong aesthetic awareness, and thoughtful perspective to early-stage design exploration.
