Campaign Manager

Join adMarketplace as a Campaign Manager, where you will be responsible for managing DSP operations and performance across a portfolio of advertiser accounts. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven and continuously improving. Key responsibilities include campaign setup, performance monitoring, supply mix analysis, and supporting the rollout of new features. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in campaign management or a similar role, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Campaign setup, structure, and quality assurance within the Demand-Side Platform (DSP).
• Management of placements, geo expansions, caps, and supply configurations to optimize performance.
• Monitoring pacing, KPIs, and performance trends; proactively addressing risks and implementing improvements.

• Proven ability to manage both campaign structure and performance optimization simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Ad Operations, or similar roles
• Experience in search, CPC-driven, or marketplace environments preferred
• Understanding of CPC pricing, margin, yield optimization, and marketplace dynamics
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Supply, Pricing, Sales, and Finance teams
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging stakeholders at multiple levels
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Tableau, or BI tools
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and performance strategy
