• Lead and mentor a technical team in AI-native engineering lifecycles, guiding architecture and design decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to define priorities and roadmap strategy, promoting engineering innovation.
• Provide hands-on coaching and continuous development of engineers, maximizing their potential and career growth.

• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams, reaching consensus, and driving execution as a team player
• Direct experience coding using AI agents and leadership experience guiding teams to use AI agents for R&D
• Passionate about building products that provide rich experiences for users
• Deep understanding of AI and agentic technologies
• Inspirational leadership capable of maintaining high energy and high velocity within the team
• Track record of interacting with customers and understanding their workflows and use cases
• Extensive work experience: 15+ years of software engineering experience, 8+ years leading engineering teams, 4+ years in cybersecurity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience developing software in the cloud with AWS, GCP, and Azure
• BSCS or equivalent is required, with an MS in CS or engineering equivalent strongly preferred
