Product Manager (Banking Cash Advance)

Join OnePay as a Product Manager for our Cash Advance product and other Banking features. You'll own the roadmap and day-to-day execution, leveraging your technical, design, and analytical skills to shape how millions of customers manage short-term cash flow. • 3 - 8 years of relevant experience owning an overdraft, Cash Advance, or Consumer Lending product
• Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
• Strong analytical chops; comfortable working side by side with data and risk partners
• A track record of operating independently with minimal ramp-up
• Highly detail-oriented, thrives in a genuinely cross-functional environment
• You are not afraid to dig into the details and the underlying mechanics (limits, repayment, fees, etc.) - note: you do not need full underwriting depth
