Senior Product Manager

You will work closely with a dedicated product, design, and engineering team, and report directly to the Chief Product Officer. • Lead product development for a dedicated team, driving the roadmap and buildout of a core product to achieve customer and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully ship new features, drive adoption, and ensure alignment with product strategy.
• Conduct continuous user research to deeply understand customer needs, and effectively communicate progress and learnings across the organization.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of full-time industry experience in product management, with a strong understanding of user-centric, agile development practices. Experience building AI-powered products is a plus
• Resourceful: Willing to get scrappy to validate concepts and deliver results in an early stage environment
• Clear communicator: Ability to articulate priorities and keep alignment across the organization amidst a hypergrowth environment
• Ambitious: Desire to invent new features that change the game for our customers and deliver incredible business impact
• Data-driven: Dedicated to tracking and measuring performance, using analytics to uncover deep insights, and deploying hypothesis-driven experiments when applicable
