Senior Manager of Software Engineering

Join Ping Identity as a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, where you will lead a cross-functional engineering team in developing the next generation of SaaS products in the Identity and Access Management space. You will be involved in all phases of the application lifecycle and will report to a Senior Director of Engineering.

• Lead a cross-functional team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of SaaS products.
• Manage recruitment, training, and building an effective software development team.
• Contribute technically to the team by providing design and code reviews, and contributing to the codebase.

• Expertise in Java, Cassandra, Kafka, Amazon Web Services, and Kubernetes, or an equivalent enterprise-grade software stack
• Proven ability to coordinate across teams including product development, product management, and customer services for the design, development, test, delivery, and support of products
• Minimum of 2 years experience leading "Software as a Service" teams and processes
• CI/CD commercial cloud architecture and delivery experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience hiring and leading outstanding engineers
• Minimum of 5 years experience directly managing development teams, creating and delivering successful commercial products to the market
• Experience leading Agile teams and planning processes
